1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during shipping
- Customer received a wrong or mismatched item
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/wrong product must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Minor color difference due to screen lighting
- Damage caused after delivery by customer misuse
4. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery
- Share your order number and product photos/videos
- Our team will verify the issue and approve the return if eligible

5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is approved due to damaged or wrong product, return shipping charges will be covered by Northern Kings
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
